"Hellp" follows an eclectic group of characters whose goal is to stabilize and rebuild a better city out of the rubble left by Hurricane Katrina. The residents interviewed tell stories of a violent police force, lack of outreach from outside organizations, and their unwavering determination to reclaim and rebuild their community in New Orleans.
